HR Operations Change Manager
- Product owner of the HR Internal Systems: Change management Customer development Communications with users Information providing Training sessions Approving permissions User guides creation and update Participation in activities related to the dedicated module (analysis) Prioritizing tasks within the systems Monitoring and control tasks accomplishing in line with requirements, deadlines and agreements Performing appropriate UAT Leader of the HR Admin processes integration between 2 companies: building of the HR admin processes from the very beginning teaching of the new HR team to support these processes developing of the supporting documentation. Support and consulting of local HR Directors and HR Specialists on internal HR processes questions and issues. Participation and leading in the internal projects from HR side. Participation in the acquisition of external companies from HR side (M&A projects). The team consists of 4 specialists: HR Servise desk coordinator, HR IS support, 2 HR Admin specialists who spport HR processes in the system.

- Full cycle of HR Admin processes in the branch: onboarding; transfers; absence management; terminations (incl. hard cases), payroll. 3 persons in the team: Com&Ben specialist, HR Specialist, Labor Safety Specialist
